This merger combines BELAY’s expertise in virtual staffing with CFO Advisory’s 26 years of experience in financial transformations, significantly enhancing BELAY’s ability to serve various sectors, including construction, healthcare, manufacturing, and nonprofits.
Tricia Sciortino, the head of BELAY, emphasized the growing need for companies to use external providers for their financial tasks.
“There is a growing need for outsourced financial services—specifically highly specialized and trusted accounting support—but hiring for those roles is often challenging,” she said.
This acquisition addresses the difficulties companies face when recruiting skilled finance professionals.
