FLORIDA, UNITED STATES – Office technology solutions provider AD Solutions has acquired Qualpath, a firm specializing in IT outsourcing and office automation equipment.
While the financial details of this acquisition remain undisclosed, it marks the fourth acquisition by AD Solutions in four years, underscoring the company’s rapid expansion in managed print and IT services throughout Florida.
Qualpath’s legacy and market impact
Founded in 2001, Qualpath has established itself as a leader in technology solutions, particularly in document management for businesses in Miami.
The company has a strong market presence, particularly in government contracts, earning accolades such as being listed among Entrepreneur Magazine’s Fastest-Growing Companies in the USA and twice named the Top MPS Indirect Provider by the Managed Print Services Association.

With the acquisition of Qualpath, AD Solutions will now offer an expanded array of products and services to businesses across South Florida.
