
PENNSYLVANIA, UNITED STATES – Advanced Call Center Technologies (ACT), a leading business process outsourcing (BPO) provider, has announced the opening of a new site in Johannesburg, South Africa.
This expansion marks a significant step in ACT’s global growth, with an aim to meet the rising demand for outsourcing services worldwide.
According to ACT’s press release, the new Johannesburg facility will serve as a hub for various BPO services, including customer service, technical support, sales, fraud prevention, omnichannel support, and back-office operations.

ACT’s president and CEO, Hunter Croft, expressed strong confidence in the expansion, highlighting the potential of South Africa’s talent pool and the opportunities within the region.

The new Johannesburg site will be led by industry veteran Dillon Pillay, a native of the city.
