
NEW YORK, UNITED STATES — Outsourcing giant Accenture has acquired Allitix, a consulting firm specializing in Anaplan-based solutions for financial planning, sales performance, and supply chain management. This move enhances Accenture’s ability to deliver connected enterprise planning services, empowering businesses with data-driven decision-making and increased agility.
The acquisition also adds 73 experienced professionals to Accenture Technology in North America. This includes more than 60 Anaplan experts who specialize in solution design, model creation, integration, and data management.
Allitix, founded in 2017 and based in Irvine, California, brings expertise in various sectors, including manufacturing, consumer goods, technology, media, financial services, and telecommunications.
David Leckstein, Accenture’s Americas Technology lead, emphasized the value of the acquisition: “Allitix’s highly skilled talent, deep domain expertise, and agile approach to implementation complements our broader digital capabilities and further expands our ability to deliver integrated enterprise planning transformations for our clients that drive better, faster insights and bottom-line value.”
Expanding Accenture’s digital transformation capabilities
The acquisition strengthens Accenture’s partnership with Anaplan, a platform designed to streamline planning across business functions. Accenture’s Anaplan practice now includes over 700 certified professionals and seven global centers of excellence, delivering more than 1,500 projects across industries such as telecommunications and retail.
Mark Ishikawa, founder of Allitix, expressed enthusiasm for the merger, stating, “By combining Accenture’s technology and consulting capabilities and global reach with our deep expertise in Anaplan, we can offer unparalleled expertise, scale, and support to help our clients navigate complex planning environments and stay ahead in a rapidly evolving market.”
This purchase is part of a broader expansion strategy by Accenture, following recent acquisitions of Camelot Management Consultants, Joshua Tree Group, and consus.health. Accenture reported fiscal year 2024 revenues of $64.9 billion, reflecting a year-over-year growth of 1.2%.
