Chris Mackintosh Becomes Logix’s CEO

The Big Shift: Chris Mackintosh Steps In as Logix’s New CEO

Logix BPO is rapidly expanding to further establish its presence in the global BPO and RPO scene, and with this comes the constant need to refine its leadership structure.

We at Logix are thrilled to announce that Chris Mackintosh, one of our brilliant leaders, has been promoted to Chief Executive Officer, effective June 2, 2025. Our CEO and Founder, Anthony Godley, will transition to the role of Chairman.

This promotion comes with exciting changes and significant promises. What does this mean for the company? What changes will Chris bring to Logix? Let’s unpack these in today’s feature.

Who’s Our Man? A Look Into Chris Mackintosh’s Leadership

Everyone is likely to know Chris because he makes himself known. With his energetic and approachable personality, he goes around the office and dedicates time to truly getting to know people. He also enjoys spending time and building a genuine rapport with employees.

If you ask what the people at Logix think about Chris, the response would be “chill, friendly, and approachable.” These define Chris as an individual, but what about as a leader?

We approached the man himself to answer some leadership-related questions. Here are his answers:

Q: What’s Your Leadership Style?

I like to provide clarity and consistency while fostering a culture of collaboration, empowerment, and growth, setting clear expectations, offering real-time support, and actively listening to team members.

I want to be hands-on and make my team effective leaders who help their agents not only meet targets but exceed them.

I also take a proactive approach to problem-solving, anticipating challenges before they arise, and I aim to be transparent with how I communicate.

I want to nurture more trust and loyalty among Logix’s staff, which will ultimately lead to lower turnover rates, higher customer satisfaction, and a more engaged team. I want a well-led environment where my agents feel supported and valued, which will also translate directly into better service outcomes for customers.

In the leadership space, Chris still lets his personality shine through. Where leaders are often painted as strict and uptight, he’s one to break that status quo.

Q: What’s Something Different Under Your Leadership?

I want the focus to form heavily on personalized coaching and creating a space for innovation within Logix. Instead of just driving performance metrics, I want to create and actively encourage a mindset shift where agents feel empowered to take ownership of their roles and contribute ideas on improving processes, helping agents develop their skills beyond the standard training.

Additionally, fostering cross-functional collaboration, creating a seamless flow of information between departments, ensuring that agents not only feel in the loop but also have the tools they need to solve problems effectively.

I want our managers’ leadership style to be more empathetic and adaptive, always looking for opportunities to improve both team morale and customer experience while ensuring the operations run efficiently.

A change in leadership comes with significant changes. However, as Logix’s leaders, Chris and Anthony both share the same beliefs and vision about what keeps the business afloat. While a new CEO will step in, the company’s culture will remain largely unchanged.

Chris will continue to honor the importance of not only keeping clients happy but also Logix’s employees satisfied, as Anthony has done. Now that the baton has been passed, this vision will only be strengthened through the new CEO’s more direct involvement within the company.

Why Now? The Strategic Timing Behind the Change

To thrive in this dog-eat-dog industry, strategic leadership is necessary to support business growth and operational excellence.

This leadership change ensures stronger executive presence and control within the operational centers. As Chairman, Anthony will oversee strategic and long-term oversight and governance.

As CEO, Chris will bring informed leadership with decades of industry experience, aiming to increase customer retention, loyalty, and growth. His expertise and presence ensure that the company can better cater to clients’ demands, providing them with quicker resolutions, and expand its business requirements.

Chairman Anthony Godley’s message to Chris

Operations to Vision: A Necessary Shift in Mindset

It hasn’t been long since we introduced Chris as Logix’s Chief Operating Officer, but since then, he has made significant improvements to sharpen the company’s processes and services. Having worked for over three decades, he knows the BPO industry like the back of his hand.

Exaggeration? Not quite.

Chris has managed BPO sites across different countries and for various business verticals and sectors. He’s a magician at problem resolution and quality optimization for business growth.

As Logix’s COO, Chris has done an excellent job translating vision into sustainable actions. He has implemented and refined internal functions to guarantee effectiveness. However, once he steps into the bigger league, this role will significantly change. He would have to oversee present problems, provide actionable solutions, and foresee possibilities.

He’s now responsible for implementing Logix’s vision and driving the company forward. Of course, this shouldn’t be too hard for the man who pioneered the UK’s first real call center.

Chris has the know-how of company conception. His experience has taught him what customers want regardless of industry and demand. He knows how to turn a business entity around, from its goals to its performance.

Q: What Are Your Growth Plans for Logix BPO in the Coming Years?

With this change comes the biggest question: “What happens next?” So, we jumped right into the technicalities of the new position and asked Chris what he wished to do as the new CEO.

From day one, my mission at Logix has been to accelerate growth both in terms of expanding our client base and scaling our talent pool. There’s no cap on the types of clients we serve or the processes we support. I’m driven by the belief that with the right people, strategy, and technology, there are no limits to the business we can help thrive.

At Logix, we aim to be a partner of choice for companies worldwide, offering tailored solutions that meet their unique needs and enhance their customer experiences.

My vision is to establish Logix as a globally recognized center of excellence. I don’t just want to be another outsourcing provider. I want us to aspire to set the benchmark for quality, service, and innovation. Through relentless investment in talent, cutting-edge technology, and best-in-class processes, Logix will be the go-to destination for businesses seeking world-class operations that drive measurable success. Whether serving clients from the Philippines or across the globe, we will consistently deliver solutions that exceed expectations and define industry standards.

Q. What Are You Most Excited About?

I’m most excited about how technology and AI are transforming the BPO industry right now. The potential for innovation is huge, and with forward-thinking leadership like Logix, there’s room to build something truly world-class.

I also think the way companies are starting to realize the importance of employee engagement, client relationships, and customer experience is really inspiring. It’s all about creating an ecosystem that drives growth while staying people-centered, which aligns with what we’re doing with Logix.

On a more personal level, I love it when I get to see ideas evolve into actual strategies or plans that can drive real change and great success. That’s what gets me energized.

Without a doubt, Chris Mackintosh’s transition to becoming Logix BPO’s CEO comes with a lot of exciting changes and expectations.

It’s still too early to define the circumstances of his leadership. Still, one thing is sure: Chris will lead the company with empathy and brilliance, balancing business success, innovation, and employee engagement.
