Please be reminded of the following Direct Contacts for your respective work impacting issues:

FOR INTERNET AND POWER OUTAGE ISSUES - Team Lead and HR Manager through slack, mobile number 0995 715 0270 or on your team's other communication channel at most 3 hours to a day before the scheduled outage, which should be followed by a Job ID or Outage Certificate summited to the HR. For emergency outages, both connectivity and power, a Job ID(10 digits) or an Outage Certificate from your electricity or Service Provider must be emailed to the HR for record purposes.

REQUESTS FOR SCHEDULE CHANGEREQUESTS FOR SCHEDULE CHANGE with a valid reason and duration of schedule must be directed to your Team Lead and HR Manager ONLY.

EQUIPMENT REQUESTSEQUIPMENT REQUESTS - please read Equipment Request Process PROPERLY. Please refrain from sending or inquiring requests via Slack, we do have a process emailed to everybody upon onboarding, please read the Process properly before sending a request.

RESIGNATION - email the HR, loop in your Team Lead ONLY.

ABSENCES AND TARDIESABSENCES AND TARDIES aren't applicable during the first 60 days of employment except on life threatening situations(which must be supported by valid certificate or documentation) , after which only emergency reasons (which must be supported by valid certificates or documentation) will be accepted until after you are endorsed for regularization.

ANY AND ALL COMMUNICATION SENT DIRECTLY TO CAMPAIGN MANAGERS, MANAGERS AND TEH CLIENT is a ZERO TOLERANCE INFRACTION,ANY AND ALL COMMUNICATION SENT DIRECTLY TO CAMPAIGN MANAGERS, MANAGERS AND TEH CLIENT is a ZERO TOLERANCE INFRACTION,hence after due process (case investigation)and deliberation, possible termination might follow.
