LOGIX TALENTS – KHANNA GUNGAP

We have exceptional talent operating from the Philippines. Khanna Gungap is part of that amazing team. We recently sat down with Khanna to get to know her a little better.

What is your job within Logix BPO?
Recruitment Specialist

What is the best thing about your job?
The best thing about my job at Logix BPO is the awesome pay and the cool work culture. I love that I get paid really well for what I do and the vibe in the office is just fantastic. It’s all about teamwork and support here, and I get to work with some seriously talented people. Oh and working night shifts is pretty sweet too! It fits my schedule perfectly!

What is the best advice you could give someone starting their career?
Be curious and open-minded, and always seek opportunities to expand your knowledge and skills. Embrace challenges as learning experiences, and don’t be afraid to step out of your comfort zone. Take the initiative to network and build connections with professionals in your field. Additionally, maintain a positive attitude, be resilient in the face of setbacks, and stay motivated even when things get tough. Remember that your career is a journey, so enjoy the process, stay passionate about what you do, and always strive for personal and professional growth.

What are your favorite TV shows, bands and books?
I love the shows The Big Bang Theory and The Golden Girls. And my favorite band is Pentatonix.

Tell us a little bit about you, your hobbies and interests… I’m quite passionate about music and enjoy exploring different genres. I love discovering new artists, attending live concerts whenever possible, and even tinkering around with a guitar during my free time. Apart from music, I have a soft spot for dogs. I am a proud furmom of a cute mixed breed. Her name is Pochola and she is my baby. She acts like a baby too. I spoil her a lot.

What are your long term goals… Where do you see yourself in 5 years time?
I want to be able to continue provide for myself. I am focusing on my personal life, I plan to get married next year and have our own house by 2025. I want to exercise more and be healthy.
