LOGIX TALENTS – ANN BREGENTE

We have exceptional talent operating from the Philippines. Ann Bregente is part of that amazing team. We recently sat down with Ann to get to know her a little better.

What is the best thing about your job?
Here are 3 things that I consider the best thing about my job: Flexibility with work hours, Remote work / Work life balance, and Company culture

What is the best advice you could give someone starting their career?
Maintain a good work ethic – never stop learning. It’s okay to make mistakes but make sure to learn from it. Work on your goals and surround yourself with people that will help you achieve your goals and be successful. Keep pushing forward, and lastly, be a team player.

What are your favorite TV shows, bands and books?
I don’t watch TV shows but I am fond of watching Horror, Action, Sci-Fi movies, and documentaries as well. Here are some books I enjoyed reading: “The Secret” by Rhonda Byrne, “The Subtle Art of Not Giving a F*ck” by Mark Manson. “Iliad Odyssey” by Homer, “The Shack” by William P. Young, and “The Alchemist” by Paulo Coelho.

Tell us a little bit about you, your hobbies and interests… I have always been passionate about recruiting and have been in the industry for more than 10 years now. I am committed to my work, thrives on challenges, and sets constant goals so I have something to look forward to. Aside from being a recruiter, I also enjoyed traveling and going to the gym and do either Muay Thai or boxing. This helps me unwind, clear my mind and have the right mindset to tackle daily challenges.

What are your long term goals… Where do you see yourself in 5 years time?
Career-wise, I think I would love to be a consultant or an industry expert where I can share my ideas, help out with problems, and be able to provide solutions and strategies to help the business grow.
