Logix BPO are looking to hire skilled Google Ads Specialist, to work with our client.
As a Recruitment Resourcer, you will play a crucial role in assisting the recruitment team in sourcing and identifying top talent for our organization. Your primary focus will be on researching, identifying, and engaging with potential candidates across various channels to build a strong talent pool. You will work closely with recruiters and hiring managers to ensure a smooth and efficient recruitment process. Experience with – Engineering, Oil and gas, Energy, Commercial (any office based positions such as HR finance, marketing, sales) and Manufacturing is highly coveted.
- Candidate Sourcing: Utilize various sourcing methods such as online job boards, social media, professional networks, and database searching to identify potential candidates for open positions.
- Candidate Engagement: Initiate contact with potential candidates and engage in initial conversations to assess their qualifications, interest, and availability.
- Screening:Conduct initial screening interviews to evaluate candidates’ skills, experience, and cultural fit for the organization.
- Database Management: Maintain and update the candidate database with accurate and relevant information for easy access by the recruitment team.
- Job Advertising: Assist in writing and posting compelling job advertisements on various platforms to attract suitable candidates.
- Market Research: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, salary benchmarks, and competitor analysis to support the development of effective recruitment strategies.
- Candidate Relationship Management: Build and maintain positive relationships with candidates, ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to the recruitment team, including scheduling interviews, coordinating assessment tests, and handling other recruitment-related tasks.
- Collaborate with Recruiters: Work closely with recruiters to understand the requirements of each role and align sourcing strategies accordingly.
- Data Reporting: Assist in generating recruitment reports and metrics to track the effectiveness of sourcing strategies and provide insights for continuous improvement.
- Proven experience as a Recruitment Resourcer or similar role is a plus.
- Experience with – Engineering, Oil and gas, Energy, Commercial (any office based positions such as HR finance, marketing, sales) and Manufacturing
- Familiarity with various sourcing techniques and tools, including job boards, social media platforms, and professional networks.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with potential candidates effectively.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities to handle multiple tasks and prioritize accordingly.
- Knowledge of applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software is advantageous.
- A proactive and resourceful approach to problem-solving and candidate sourcing challenges.
- High attention to detail and accuracy in maintaining candidate data and records.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
