Logix BPO are looking to hire a skilled Solar Telesales Agent, to work with our client.

If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you as a Solar Sales Agent with our Chicago-based client! Join our team and help homeowners and businesses transition to clean, sustainable solar energy solutions while enjoying a high commission-based compensation structure.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Prospect and Lead Generation: Identify and generate leads through various channels such as cold calling, door-to-door canvassing, networking events, and online research.
  • Consultative Sales: Engage potential customers in consultative discussions to understand their energy needs and assess their suitability for solar solutions.
  • Customized Solutions: Develop tailored solar energy proposals based on customer requirements, energy consumption, and available roof space.
  • Presentation: Deliver compelling and informative presentations to potential clients to educate them on the benefits of solar energy, including cost savings, environmental impact, and incentives.
  • Quoting and Negotiation: Provide accurate quotes, negotiate pricing, and address customer concerns to close deals effectively.
  • Paperwork and Contracts: Assist customers in completing necessary paperwork and contracts to initiate the installation process.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Maintain strong relationships with clients, providing excellent post-sale support and addressing any inquiries or concerns.
  • Stay Informed: Stay up-to-date on industry trends, government incentives, and changes in solar technology to provide the most relevant information to customers.


About You:

  1. Sales Experience: Proven track record in sales, preferably in the solar industry or related fields.
  2. Knowledge of Solar Energy: Basic understanding of solar technology, its benefits, and the renewable energy landscape.
  3. Communication Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with potential clients.
  4. Self-Motivated: A self-starter with the ability to work independently and meet sales targets.
  5. Chicago-Based: Reside in or near Chicago, IL, and have knowledge of the local market.
  6. Valid Driver’s License: A valid driver’s license and access to reliable transportation for client visits.
