We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Resourcer. In this role, you will play a crucial part in supporting our senior consultants by building projects, reaching out to candidates, maintaining our applicant tracking system (ATS), and contributing to the overall success of our recruitment process. Personal branding is a significant aspect of this position, so candidates should be open to embracing and promoting their personal brand.


1. Building Projects for Senior Consultants:
– Collaborate closely with senior consultants to understand their project requirements and objectives.
– Conduct thorough research and market analysis to identify potential candidates.

2. Candidate Outreach:
– Utilize various channels, including inmails and calls, to reach out to prospective candidates.
– Conduct initial screening interviews to assess candidate qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.
– Nurture relationships with candidates to ensure a positive candidate experience.

3. Daily Candidate Reporting:
– Generate and deliver daily reports on candidate progress and pipeline status.
– Provide timely updates to senior consultants on candidate feedback, availability, and suitability.

4. Personal Branding:
– Emphasize the importance of personal branding to potential candidates and assist them in developing their personal brand.
– Educate candidates on the benefits of personal branding and how it can positively impact their career.

5. ATS Maintenance:
– Oversee the applicant tracking system, ensuring accurate and up-to-date candidate information.
– Manage job postings, candidate profiles, and interview schedules within the ATS.

6. Job Posting and Advertising:
– Post job openings through the ATS and on our company website.
– Utilize social media platforms and other relevant channels to attract potential candidates.

7. Candidate Management:
– Screen and evaluate candidates based on their qualifications and suitability for specific positions.
– Forward promising candidates to senior consultants for further evaluation.
– Coordinate candidate interviews and provide necessary logistical support.

8. Candidate Endorsement:
– Collaborate with senior consultants to endorse candidates to clients.
– Present candidates’ qualifications, skills, and achievements effectively to clients.

9. Ad Hoc Tasks:
– Assist with various ad hoc tasks related to the recruitment process, as assigned by senior consultants or management.


– Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
– Prior experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or a similar role is preferred.
– Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
– Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
– Proficient in using applicant tracking systems and other recruitment software.
– Familiarity with social media platforms and their utilization for recruitment purposes.
– Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
– High attention to detail and accuracy.
– Proactive and self-motivated with a positive attitude.
– Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and requirements.
