Logix BPO are looking to hire skilled Biz Dev Specialist, to work with our client.
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Recruitment Business Development Specialist to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in driving our recruitment business’s growth by generating leads, making cold calls, utilizing LinkedIn outreach, and leveraging automation tools. This role requires an out-of-the-box thinker with a hunger for sales, capable of devising innovative strategies to create conversations and secure sales meetings with potential clients.
- Lead Data Generation: Conduct thorough research to identify potential clients and generate a database of leads within the target industries and regions. Utilize various sources and tools to compile accurate and up-to-date lead information.
- Cold Calling: Initiate outbound calls to prospects, introducing our recruitment services, and engaging them in meaningful conversations. Tailor pitches to address their unique needs and pain points.
- LinkedIn Outreach: Leverage LinkedIn’s platform to build a strong professional network. Engage with potential clients by sharing valuable content, participating in discussions, and initiating conversations to nurture relationships.
- Automation Tools Utilization: Employ automation tools, such as CRM systems, email sequences, and chatbots, to streamline the lead generation and follow-up processes. Maximize efficiency while maintaining a personalized approach.
- Innovative Sales Strategies: Demonstrate a creative and resourceful approach to sales by constantly brainstorming and implementing new and inventive ideas. Proactively seek out innovative methods to initiate conversations and secure sales meetings.
- Sales Funnel Management: Manage and track leads through the sales pipeline, ensuring timely follow-ups and consistent communication to move prospects towards conversion.
- Targets and KPIs: Set and strive to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). Regularly report on progress and provide insights on areas for improvement.
- Market Research: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitors, and market changes. Utilize market insights to refine sales strategies and stay ahead of the competition.
- Relationship Building: Cultivate strong relationships with potential clients and key stakeholders, understanding their needs and maintaining regular communication to build trust and credibility.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Proven track record in sales or business development, preferably in the recruitment or staffing industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with prospects and clients.
- Proficient in lead generation techniques and cold calling strategies.
- Demonstrated experience in utilizing LinkedIn for business development.
- Familiarity with automation tools and CRM systems is an advantage.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to assess data and refine sales approaches.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
- High level of self-motivation and a hunger for sales success.
- Out-of-the-box thinker with a passion for coming up with innovative sales ideas.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
