Logix BPO are looking to hire a skilled Paid Ads Specialist for our growing team!

Do you have a proven record in Google Ads, and Social Media Ads management? This is the perfect opportunity to learn and grow as a Paid Ads Specialist, and work with multiple clients in various industries. The business is a growing digital marketing agency, offering a complete range of solutions to enable businesses to grow and succeed online.

Job Description:

  • PPC & Social Paid Advertising – Expertise in Google PPC ads and social media paid ads (Google as a priority, with Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok and Pinterest experience highly regarded).
  • Tasks will include setup, integrations, budgeting, conversion tracking, testing, management, optimization, data analysis, client relations and reporting.
  • Analysis & Reporting – Ability to analyze data to spot trends and behaviors. Experience in Google Data Studio, Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager a must.
  • Relationships – A natural in building top notch relationships with other colleagues, clients and prospects.
  • Marketing Strategy – Create and execute innovative digital marketing strategies and lead new ideas for stronger results.
  • Always Learning – Keep up to date with the latest industry trends and technologies, whilst showcasing a willingness to evolve and adapt.
  • Added bonus – Knowledge in SEO, social media management, EDM management, website development or graphic design skills would be great to hear about.


  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a similar role.
  • Demonstrated experience building campaigns through Google Ads.
  • Extensive knowledge of Google Suite and Google Ads.
  • Strong problem-solving skills are data-driven and tech savvy.
  • Hands on experience in building high performing social ads.
  • Be a team player with a can-do attitude that can hit the ground running.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills (internal & external) and live our values.
