Logix BPO are looking to hire a new Marketing & Brand Manager, to lead our Web, Social, PR, Content & Brand Marketing strategies and shape marketing initiatives globally.

Job Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver daily content & graphic posts on our social media channels across Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram & Google My Business
  • Create marketing schedules to factor in key calendar dates across our target locations
  • Produce marketing initiatives to promote key internal and external business updates, changes, client wins, staff acquisitions, business news, and trends
  • Create internal competitions and initiatives to ensure teams are engaged and motivated within the business
  • Drive the employee feedback initiative to ensure leadership teams understand where the suggested areas of improvements are, and support their implementation
  • Drive the employee and client review initiative to collect valuable reviews on channels such as Google Reviews
  • Lead procurement of prizes, office requirements, welcome packs, branded clothing etc and provide the design for all branded goods
  • Deliver high impact graphic design across all channels using Canva & Photoshop
  • Produce video content ideas, ideas boards, scripts, and lead the delivery of video content to promote Logix culture and services
  • Be the brand advocate for our culture, and promote cultural virtues
  • Deliver marketing SOPs that shape the marketing process across the business.
  • Be the brand management leader and decide colors, tone, branding elements, and ways to improve the viewer experience and brand approach
  • Produce content to support social media, PR and branding efforts, as well as blog content each month
  • Engage in daily social listening and enter conversation on LinkedIn to promote the Logix brand, improve SEO and attempt to drive leads back to Logix
  • Support the lead generation process
  • Support SEO
  • Support paid ads across Google and Facebook
  • Build a detailed and up to date marketing calendar across the year
  • Manage project tasks within Asana
  • Provide detailed monthly performance reports and engage in weekly WIP meetings with the leadership team
  • Create and manage high-converting digital marketing campaigns to help spread awareness, build brand differentiation, generate leads, and create a healthy pipeline


  • Associate’s Degree in related field with more than 4 years of operational marketing, branding and design experience
  • Excellent experience in Graphic Design
  • Excellent experience in Content Production
  • Excellent experience is Social Media Management
  • Advanced proficiency in video editing, more specifically in creative Tiktok and Instagram reels & Youtube
  • Demonstrable knowledge in SEO, Paid Ads/PPC, PR & Brand Management
  • Ability to discover, learn and implement new digital marketing tools and techniques
  • Ideally some experience managing a small marketing team
  • Strong analytical and project management skills
  • Perfect/Fluent English written and verbal skills
  • Strong knowledge of Canva, Creator Studio, Photoshop, Asana, and G Suite.
