
COLORADO, UNITED STATES – Startek, a customer experience solutions provider, and CCI Global, an African business process outsourcing provider, have announced the completion of their merger.
According to the press release, this partnership forms a new industry leader that aims to “deliver human-centric, AI-led customer experience at scale.”

This deal integrates Startek’s digital heritage and CCI Global’s operational framework, laying the foundation for its “Human Augmented AI.” It’s a model that combines agentic AI systems with the emotional intelligence of the global workforce to resolve the complexity of their customer needs, showing both companies’ emphasis on strengthening human connections.
Bharat Rao, Startek’s CEO, said that they are “redefining the CX category” with this merger. “We are moving beyond the traditional BPO model to lead a new era of Human Augmented AI.”
