FLORIDA, UNITED STATES – AI-powered nearshore workforce company MySavant.ai recently acquired Colombia-based nearshore BPO provider Savant International on April 9, 2026.
According to the company’s press release, this move is designed to scale AI-driven operations across Latin America and enhance logistics workforce performance.
Adapting to the Shift in the Nearshore-BPO Scene
MySavant.ai Founder and CEO Hunter Bell says, “nearshoring is evolving,” where cost isn’t the only determining factor. “It’s about visibility, accountability, and performance at scale,” he adds.
And so, banking on Savant International’s 10-year proven operational foundation in nearshore delivery and its understanding of logistics workflows, MySavant.ai will introduce “AI-driven intelligence, automation, and performance visibility” into Savant International’s existing operations.
This integration will enable MySavant.ai to not only enhance efficiency but also to give clients greater real-time control and measurable outcomes over their nearshore teams.
Strengthening LATAM Presence
MySavant.ai already has an existing presence in Guatemala City. With the addition of this acquisition deal, it can expand its regional footprint in Colombia, with operations in Bogotá, Medellín, and Barranquilla.
The company also emphasized how it can gain access to local skilled talent and enable closer collaboration with U.S.-based logistics operations from these locations.
