Cebu City, Philippines – April 27, 2026 – Logix BPO wrapped up another successful year of operations on March 21, marking its fifth year in the industry. To celebrate how far the company has come and shape where it’s headed next, it announced today that it will move to a new headquarters and complete the transition by the end of April or early May.
The outsourcing company will occupy the entire 18th floor of Cebu’s Skyline Crown Jewel, 1Nito Tower, finally having its own proper domain—a significant milestone for the company’s evolution.
This development is more than just a change of address. It’s also a transition to a new, exciting chapter. As Logix BPO continues to deliver on its commitment to excellence and expand its capabilities and ambitions, this new space will provide its employees and clients with a dynamic environment for building and collaborating.
At the Heart of Cebu’s Commercial, Financial, and BPO Industries
Located along Archbishop Reyes Ave., Logix BPO’s new home is strategically situated in one of Cebu City’s business districts.
1Nito Tower is an easily accessible building, promising convenience for commuting employees and clients attending discovery meetings with the company. It boasts several amenities beyond the necessities, including wellness luxuries—from a variety of food stalls to massage shops.
Its 18th floor has been modeled and customized for Logix BPO, catering to employees’ comfort and the company’s future-forward initiatives. With its modern workspaces, this new office promises only the best for its employees.
“It’s a brilliant site; the best I’ve ever had in the 37 years I’ve been in the industry,” said Chris Mackintosh, Logix BPO’s CEO. He further revealed that the site has five operational floors and amenities for training and meetings. This arrangement ensures privacy for its departments, particularly HR, finance, and IT, in compliance with information security protocols.
Business Continuity During the Transition
Behind the scenes, Logix BPO has been laying the groundwork for new developments, shaping the company’s next phase of operations. To secure more clients and expand into new international markets and verticals, the company plans to significantly increase its seat capacity and create new opportunities for Filipino professionals.
For now, Logix BPO is focused on making the transition as smooth as possible. Its operations will continue as usual throughout the move, reassuring its clients of uninterrupted performance.
As this new office slowly becomes the company’s new home, Chris Mackintosh hopes for one thing: that those who continue to work with Logix BPO “come with the right attitude, demeanor, and performance.”
