MASSACHUSETTS, UNITED STATES – Global technology outsourcing provider Thrive has onboarded two seasoned executives to bolster its operations in the Asia-Pacific (APAC) region: Farhad Jowharsha and Naveen Chodavarapu.
Hiring such strong leaders is vital to the company’s future success in the global marketplace, especially in a key market like the APAC, where Thrive currently has offices in Hong Kong, Singapore, and Australia.
Jowharsha and Chodavarapu Roles
Bill McLaughlin, Thrive’s CEO, said that Jowharsha and Chodavarapu have valuable sales and customer success experience.
Jowharsha has been working in sales and consulting for nearly 25 years. During his time as Regional Sales Director at Forrester Research, he became a trusted advisor to clients, giving them valuable insights and practical solutions.
Chodavarapu had worked at HP as its Head of Customer Success for Greater Asia. His time there enabled him to deliver real business results for customers through a combination of the right strategies, services, and solutions.
Under their leadership, the company will grow and its customers will receive the five-star service they deserve, enabling Thrive to leave its mark on the APAC region.
Jowharsha is set to lead as the Vice President of APAC and will work from their Hong Kong office. Meanwhile, Chodavarapu will serve as the Vice President of APAC Operations, and he’ll be based in Singapore.
While the two of them will work together to ensure Thrive’s continued global growth, they’ll mainly focus on customer cultivation and success.
