
SYDNEY, AUSTRALIA – Two businesses, First Focus and Integris, have announced in a press release that they will combine to form an AI-enabled managed services business that serves Australia, New Zealand, and the United States.
The two companies believe that AI will reshape how managed services operate, and it will be defined by:

Both companies are also focusing on growing their client base in Australia and New Zealand. “ANZ is an important growth market,” Rashaad Bajwa, Integris’s CEO, says, “and we’re excited to support Ross and the team as they continue to scale the business.”
