
KATOWICE, POLAND — Global technology and services firm Concentrix has officially opened its new permanent site in Katowice, Poland.
The opening ceremony took place on June 6, 2024, at the Global Office Park, with Katowice mayor Marcin Krupa in attendance. Mayor Krupa delivered a brief speech and then toured the new facilities, gaining insights into Concentrix’s growth plans for the future.
This new site is a significant addition to Concentrix’s portfolio, aligning with the company’s strategic expansion within the Polish market.
“We are very excited about this investment in Poland,” said Edyta Szubert, Concentrix’s country leader for Poland. “It is [a] testament to our commitment to growth and development in this key market. We are very much looking forward to embracing the new site and to bringing new employment opportunities to the area.”
New Katowice site drives more jobs
Operating in Poland since 2005, Concentrix already has offices in Lublin, Szczecin, and Warsaw, employing more than 2,000 people across the country. Over the past year, their operations have created over 500 new jobs in Katowice, with plans to increase this number in the coming months.
Concentrix emphasizes its dedication to providing a positive and safe workplace environment, enabling their employees, called “game-changers,” to grow and explore diverse career paths within the international technology and services business.

Merger with Webhelp
In 2023, Concentrix and Webhelp completed a merger valued at approximately $4 billion, including net debt. This merger has created a new global leader in customer experience (CX) services.
The combined company now serves over 2,000 clients and operates in more than 70 countries, offering expertise in key industries such as technology, retail, and healthcare. The company also recently joined the Fortune 500® list, marking a significant achievement in the company’s history.
