
BANGALORE and MOHALI, INDIA — Customer experience (CX) global leader Alorica announced a major expansion of its operations in India, including a new site in Bhartiya City and a capacity increase at its Bangalore and Mohali sites. This development will create 1,500 new jobs in the third quarter.
India has quickly become one of our fastest-growing markets, consistently delivering top-ranked performance and scalability. Our operations there are achieving nearly 70% year-over-year growth, having already tripled in size since inception.
With this targeted expansion in India, we’re meeting the accelerated demand, particularly from our clients in healthcare, food delivery, utilities, and retail.

The new sites feature modern workspaces built to support hybrid, collaborative, and employee-friendly environments. They also feature amenities such as recruitment centers, game rooms, and cafeterias that align with Alorica’s employee-first culture.
To support this growth, Alorica has partnered with local universities:

- St. Philomena’s College
